Well since for the last 3 days, my room has had a max of 76 and a min of 73, during light period, I wanted to let you guys know how I built my room, cheaply and efficient.

First thing first , I had a 6x6 closet, with 7 foot ceilings.

Before anything I used bleach water , and sprayed everything down with a light mist and wiped it down.

First I built my fresh air in, I made a 8 foot long plywood box that goes to the
far back corner of my room, This sits on the floor, looks like a bench from the outside, but inside is a 16x12 inch fresh air intake, I use a really cheap filter now before the air comes in the room, and a nicer one where the air comes from outside and enters this box. I found this a very cheap , efficient way to move in TONS of fresh air. And lets in / out NO light.

Secondly I just hung up the panda plastic with staples / white duct tape to seal up seams. This panda crap is really really easy to clean, and cheap!

Thirdly I installed my attic fan outside of my room , hooked up to blow out into my garage. On this fan I use a " router " speed control box, found at most grow shops made to adjust the speed of fans. This is my only " heat " control for the cool months. More air out = cooler tempetures and higher humidity, slower the fan is going is the opposite :P

Besides that I have my light hanging in the middle of my room with 1 side having open ports. The other side has my 465 cfm fan sucking air thru the vented hood. This fan exhausts 1/2 the air back in my room to keep it warm and to circulate the air, it ends up being pushed towards my cool air intake and clashing into a nice 74 degree heat The heat coming out of my vented hood / squirrel fan is around 80 degrees. The other 1/2 of the heat from hood is being blown out really near my main exhaust.

I use 1 main fan blowing over my plants, its 12 inches and on low. I use 1 7 inch fan in the corner blowing down towards my plants, and 1 7 inch fan under my plants blowing across the stalks / pots to keep things dry.

Sorry im like really stoned and tired - tryin to kill time till my offspring is done in school! But if you have any questions feel free to ask!! here are some pics

My supplies.

20 feet of panda plastic, 10 feet tall roll. $20.00

1 piece of plywood, few 2x4 and some screws $20.00
1 thermostat measures inside / outside temps / min and max 20$
1 attic exhaust fan, ( local hardware store ) $40.00
1 speed adjuster ( router speed controler or somthing ) $30

1 465 cfm squirrel cage fan , 4inch ducting $100
( I dont like this fan... very weak for 100$ )

I would rather find some way to rig my vented hood to my attic fan exhaust... the attic fans pull from like 1400 - 2500 cfm lol..... but I keep mine on really low. So much POWER for your dollar and really not that loud at all, no vibration like the crappy cage fans!

Pics,

Air in , without filter on it, air rushes in that rectangle hole. from 8 - 12 feet down the wall. I could build this box all around my room and cut out air intakes anywere I wanted!

Air out, my big ass , but pretty dam quite exhaust, will suck the door off the room :P

The open end of my vented hood , sucking warmer upper air thru hood cooling it and letting 1/2 outside and 1/2 back into lower portion of my room.
