Someone who stays on proabtion for 2 years with the charge of culivating cannabis, is not something that will be set ablaze, as what suhl said.

i agree, however if your under 18 and you get caught for misdemeanors, when you turn 18 you can get them expunged for 50 bucks a charge, not somethin like cultivating tho, misdemeanors only stuff like criminal trespassing, and reckless burning, and threatening and intimidation and (in oregon) possesion marijuana in less than one ounce, criminal mischief, etc etc etc, misdemenaors can get expunged when you turn 18, felonies can not, depending on where you live possesion of any amount of marijuana might be a felony
