As much as I hate to be the bearer of bad news I'd suggest you try not to smoke and just get the probation over with
you'll be better off in the long run
but if you must, kudos if you can pull it off

I'm on the same program or so it sounds. I have supervised tests a few times a month that I take one day after knowledge that I am to come into test.

But I have the Wizzinator and have been toking for a few months now. Other than the hassel of having to actually go there and toss over a few bucks, probation has been a breeze.

first off if you believe that wont still be in a file some day(if you really did this), you may learn you are wrong at the worst of times. you think they are just going to set the file on fire and forget about it. and i still dont believe it happened, you saying you were punished for it doesnt convince me any more. also, if this did happen, it isnt something to be proud of and rub in peoples faces. here is what you are rubbing in my face "im so fucking cool, i grow and cant keep my mouth shut. look at me, i got arrested!!!!"

Someone who stays on proabtion for 2 years with the charge of culivating cannabis, is not something that will be set ablaze, as what suhl said.
I agree with everything he said though. You're not looking cool at all, you look dumb for getting caught.

I quit smoking while i did my probation. It was just 6 mounths ago I started again. Now I never take bud outside my house besides a occasional prerolled joint that I can eat if I get pulled over. (hint make sure you have a drink with you. It can be hard to choke down and chew with you back teeth so bud doesn't get visible caught in your front teeth)

i agree, however if your under 18 and you get caught for misdemeanors, when you turn 18 you can get them expunged for 50 bucks a charge, not somethin like cultivating tho, misdemeanors only stuff like criminal trespassing, and reckless burning, and threatening and intimidation and (in oregon) possesion marijuana in less than one ounce, criminal mischief, etc etc etc, misdemenaors can get expunged when you turn 18, felonies can not, depending on where you live possesion of any amount of marijuana might be a felony
