Back from court Back from court.. they gave me 1 year suspension and 2 years probation..this is going to blow.. random drug tests.. the works.. but cultivation of marijuana was reduced to possesion due to seedlings instead of fullblown plants..these next 2 years are going to blow big donkey Rating: 5

Good for you kids. Now you have a perm. record to look back on, and, if you get even the slightest offence, you go to jail. Now you have that risk hanging over your head.

It depends on whether your PO chooses to violate you. At worst, you have to serve your suspended sentence plus extra time for the violation. Did they just suspend your driver license or actually give you a suspended sentence? A one year suspended is pretty damn harsh for a possession charge. If you have a cool PO, he'll cut you a break once in a while. Be careful about smoking man, I toked through probation, but you have to be real precise, like smoke after you taken a test and not smoke until you take your next one.

Well he didnt suspend my license thank god.
Nochowderforyou - After i hit 21 this is removed from my perm record.. it will look as if i never got arrested to begin with

And for proof i went to court i will show the papers if somone requests..

And as for all of you who didnt belive me when i posted the " i got busted" thread.. in your fucking faces..i tried to tell you but noooo

Wow, way to gloat like a 5yr old. This thread doesn't mean you're telling the truth, even if you are, you aren't too bright for getting busted in a seedling stage. I think you're on mommy probation, that's what I think.

I know it sucks that you can't smoke and I'm sure you're bummed. But truly in the scheme of things, you are one lucky dude. It could have been much worse. And starting today, you can make the choice to either take a risk and smoke or do some other substance, then test positive and go to jail, or to just toe the line and do what you have to do.
