Buy either a one-hitter pipe or a one-hitter bong. Just inhale everything thing and then blow the smoke out the window and spray the room down when you are done. The reason the weed smells with pipes and stuff is because usually if the bowl stays lit while you are holding in your hit a lot of smoke is just coming out and chillin with you. Just take it one hit at a time and you should be good. You could get a cheap plastic bong for like $20 that would do the trick.
