im not an expert, but i can try to help with the advice people have given me..

first off, did u germinate them? if so what method did you use? sometimes it helps if u put wrap over the pot to creat humidity and heat, (the lights have nothing to do with the seeds until they actually reach the surface where they can get to the light, its the heat that brings them up.)(im not positive on this but im pretty sure thats how itworks.)

thats the only thing i can think of that u might not have germinated them correctly.. good luck hope this helps
