Here's 3 Female seeds nhh at 17 days of 18/6. Zero problems so far and they're all at they're 7th node right now. gonna veg em' to 21 days then throw them in 12/12. set-up is a c-22, 400w hps, cfls, ocean forrest soil, and only water so far. there's a log in the cabinet section so there will be updates till they finish. let me know what ya think and if anyone has smoked this before let me know how it smoked.

I can't see why some of you guys are in such a hurry to go into flowering ... you are really limiting your yield and vigor by flowering immature plants ... wait until the nodes start alternating, at the very least, before going to a 12-hour light cycle ... PATIENCE is the 'secret' to quality growing ... looks like your plants are doing very well, let them grow up a bit ( I usually veg about 8 weeks, or so ) ... :smokin:

The only real reason I want to go into flowering after 3 weeks is because i only have 6' of height to work with and really only 5' from soil level, and I hear these like to stretch alot. on other forums people were saying go 12/12 right from the start to keep them lower. They're at their 7th node right now so they should be relativley close to alternating by the end of the week anyway. I just don't want them to stretch fill the cabinet and still have 6 weeks left on them. Next grow will be some indicas that i can veg out for a longer time. Appreciate the input and nice comments reaper!!

Wow .... at the 7th node in 17 days .... I've got plants the same age and their only at the 3 node .... hell the seedling leaves are still on the plants!

I've got my seedlings in 9oz cups now .... what size pot do you have yours in?

Are you using some kind of special soil mix? Are you using a MH light?

Hey Rebel! The plants are in 3 gallon pots, and are in Fox farms ocean forrest soil straight out of the bag. As for lighting its a 400w hps with 2 26w cfls right above the plants that will be used for side/under lighting once the plants are big enough. I don't know if it's genetics or the soil but these plants are moving along nicely. What kind of seeds you growin and under what lighting and soil?

ya, I have heard Neville's is a tall sativa, supposedly a bit of a bitch to grow, too ... good luck with that, it has a super reputation for potency ... if she gets too tall, just give her a good watering, wait a couple hours to absorb the water ... that will make her more flexible, and you can LST (tie her down), get more buds along the length of her branches ... :smokin:

Well that explain part of it .... I have mine in general potting soil .... that's all I can afford now .... I'm growing the Neville's haze ... F2 .... I had a hell of a time getting them to pop their little head up .... it took three tries to get four plants ...

I have them under flour. lights .... I also started from seeds .... black domina .... Austrialian indica ... royal Hawiaianx sweet tooth#3 .... Blockheadx Love potion #1 ... sour diesel x white widow .... super silver haze F2 ..... sweettooth #3 F2 ....

All donated to me by friends on line .... the seem to be coming along nicely considering their in general potting soil ... but not nearly as big as your plants. When I can afford it I will have to consider better soil.

I use a 430 hps for flowering .... I start my plants off in 9 oz cups .... then transplant to 32 oz cups .... then finally to one gallon pots .... I use a SOG method ....

not bullshit at all, as any amount of easy research would have shown you ... I personally don't think it's worth the added expense, as I have had very good luck regarding females in my crops ... there are different ways to obtain it, but a popular way is to: extend your plants flowering period a few weeks after it would normally be 'finished' ... it will produce male flowers and pollen, which if used to pollinate a female, will result in almost all female offspring (it does, however, also increase the odds of getting hermaphroditic offspring) ... :smokin:
