soo they decided after mw working for them for 4 years that they want to do random drug screens. once a month they pull 6 people to test, total theres about 40 people. well i skimed by this month but im worried about next. I'm going to have to stop smokeing NOOOOO! lol because they take us to a clinic and test us, not a on site test. i use every day, at night to help me sleep, and to relax. I will be clean if i drink 160oz of water aday (20oz an hour for 8 hours) drink a niacin filled energy drink once daily and maybe work out a litttle heh since im quitting smokeing i guess it would not hurt me . either way if anyone has any imput or info. please drop me a post or 2

Have you ever heard of sonne 7 it works in about 2 days with lots of water
