I'm just a little pissed off this morning because I feel, I got a wrongful firing.

I just moved to Vancouver and have been working this job at a kitchen just downstairs from my place. I get a call last night at 9pm, I was in the shower, so he left me a message. He said, "uhhh, sorry to do this over the phone, but we had a pregnant girl leave here in June and she now wants her old job back" Now, the job is MY job, MY hours, so she wants MY job back..."we can offer you a nighttime prep. job..." which I don't want because that is a step lower for me, and, it's night time work, whcih sucks ass...."the job pays an hr less in wage, but anyways, come talk to me tomorrow let me know what you think and I'll give you the weeks work that you worked out of the register"

Okay, I got this job after a good week or negotiating. I rejected the work at first because of the low pay and hours, but she phones me up, we worked out hours which were prefect for me. $11/hr, Mon-Fri. no weekends, 9am-3pm, so after weeks of neg. and working there no more than 10 days, I get my job taken away from me because some fat prego. wants her job back. Awww...so sad you fuckin whore.

Anyways, I feel I was wrongfully let go of my job. I know they offered me another position, but that just won't work. This is like someone who gives another a gift, then takes it back later on! I'm going down there in a few hours to get my money and I'm going to let them know what a cold slap in the face this was. I'm not going to curse or raise my voice, but I'm going to very blunt with them. Assholes. Now I have no job, and I have to look for another. On top of all this, I turned down an okay job for this one when I first moved here, now, I have NONE.
