ok now these types of statements i don't get, why the hell are you going to hurt someone innocent of anything at all? quite honestly that'd would be like going and beating the shit out of someone within just an inch of their life because you knew they knew the person that turned you in for growing, it just doesn't make sense.

i still stick with what i said earlier, get a lawyer, sue those assholes and teach them they can't just give someone, someone else's job because they feel like it. if she quit then she QUIT, that doesn't mean she has any legal right to come back and take her job back, the only way she'd have legal right is if she took a leave of abscense, atleast that's how it is in america, dunno about canada.

I didn't want to start this thread to start wars with another. I was pissed off and wanted to share, that's all.

It's done and over with now so there is nothing more to do than move on.

As for my move to BC, it's having a rough start but starting over isn't easy, and there is NO way in hell I'm going back to AB man, fuck that!

Oh, so just because she has a baby means I should be screwed out my job so I end up on the streets? You're not even reading the logic. She quit in June., which makes it NO LONGER HERS. I work hard for almost 2 weeks, she comes back out of the entire city of Vancouver to get her old job back that is now mine, and gets it, so I'M THE ONE GETTING SCREWED, I'M THE ONE WITH NO JOB, AND NO PAYCHEQUE COMING IN. So it's okay to screw someone else in life so they can gain stability in theirs? Okay, makes sense. So fuck her. If she wanted work, she should habe gone and found her own instead of taking mine, which now I have no work.

Luckily though I have cash in the bank to hold me over, but it's the principal of the matter. You don't do that to someone because you feel sorry for someone else. Either way, someone gets screwed and that happened to be me. That's like someone coming up to you after you bought a big meal, then someone who doesn't have as big as meal, coming up to you and saying, "Hm, I need that more than you, so give it here"

Anyways, I'm not pissed about it anymore. I got a nice sack of weed yesterday, so I'm good, so I hope girls is enjoying MY job and MY pay and MY hours.

In your post here above, you said that you worked hard for almost 2 weeks.
Is that how long you were there? 2 weeks? I'm just wondering if this girl didn't actually quit but took Maternity Leave and planned to go back to her job (your job) as soon as leave was over?

Maybe the boss person played one on you knowing full well she would be back. Jerky bosses do that so they're not left in a lurch.

But, if you've only been there 2 weeks, I say enjoy your new smoke and carry on with finding another job. Maybe ask up front if you are covering a leave and let that help you in making a career move. Good luck!:thumbsup:

from what he's said, it doesn't sound like she took maternity leave, but just plain out quit..... like i said, i could understand giving the job back to her if she took a leave, because then they could face legal action, but this post seems to signify they played favorites and gave this bitch someone else's job.... i still think they boss[s] were fucking her.

If a person had the job, and left under the FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE ACT.....stating the she is allowed to take time off to have her baby, and come back.


The problem is you people are to ignorant to even know what you are talking about.

Sorry you lost your Job that you liked...Sounds like they were offering you at least options.....How do we know that you dont just suck? She was better at the job?
