Does anyone else hack and cough throughout the day? I'm a daily cannabis smoker and sometimes ciggs.
All i know is i'm always spitting out shit that builds up in my lungs even during the night when i sleep. i'd like to think its a really long chest cold but maybe its time to stop bs'ing myself

yea dude it may be due to the season and clogage.... hard to explain.... of much do u smoke a day?... What do u usally smoke from... blunt? joint? bong? Hitter? also....what kinds of cigs are u smoking?

Hmm, lately, well not the past few days really, I have been coughing A LITTLE and I'm almost getting paranoid about it. I don't wan't no smokers cough. I rarely cough, and it seems like everyday I would have the random need to cough. I tried to blame it on phlegm/spit/whatever in the back of my throat (like when you drink something wrong and it makes you cough) but its been happening daily so I got a lil paranoid. I don't hack or nothing, usually I can just swallow a few times and it will go away.

If you are actually hacking and stuff, you may wanna lay off the smoke and try and let your lungs rest, maybe they'll recover a bit. Try and take it easy too, like I never cough when I smoke, I don't like the smoke to hit my lungs harder than it has to. I inhale, but only enough to get me high, not enough to make me cough and not really get higher.

Get a vaporizer!!! I've toked for 40 years come this Halloween and in less than 2 weeks after getting a vaporizer, my lungs were clear! Add that to using 1/2 the pot, leftover vape brownies, no smell- and you got a winner! Vapor Brother's is a good buy.

When I first started blazing, I had a little cough that lasted for a while - but it's gone now as my lungs seem to have gotten used to smoking the ganja. I also only blaze in a bubbler so the water cleans out most of the other garbage. :thumbsup:

Two blunts a day on average since middle school, with the addition of cigarettes in high school has lead to what are probably the beginning stages of emphysema.

i used to get that, it was becuase i was using a pipe alot. Took a short break and used my bong more and it went away...then i started smoking mreo heavily(daily) and it came back...and then left in a week and i havnt gotten shit from it since.

i smoek anywhere from like 4 times a week to 2 times a day, and smoke cigarettes...occaisionally. Less than one a day, unless im high and out with my friends, then its more like 4 or 5 in a night.

ive smoked for 3 years on weed. last month, i started to smoke cigs pretty much daily. within weeks i had phlemmy lungs and couldnt breathe as good.

it happens to me when I smoke alot when Im sick.
just lay off a lil bit and force a hard cough when the tingle (feel like your gonna couch) comes about.. and knock shit out of em lungs
