Here, Bush is going to sign it today, after having the final (draft) bill reviewed by the lawyers at the Justice Dept. Justice being part of the executive branch reviews all legislation and issues a "legal opinion" to the President telling him what the proposed legislation does/doesn't do.

Not as exciting as some of the anti-bush/government, tinfoil/ conspiracy/police state nonsense in this thread but here in the real world that is how the democratic process works. :thumbsup:
