Wesley Pipes Reviewed by Wesley Pipes on 10-17-2006. question for people in the uk i might be going to london soon, and i want to know if i can buy cigs there. ive heard that its 16 to smoke, but 18 to buy, but im not sure. im 16 now, and will be 17 when i go. also, do they have marlboro reds in the stores, and if not, what would the equivelent of reds be? thanks for the help.
