i work at a customer services desk in a supermarket. Dont go there.

I had a woman shout at me for saying "Ok" in response to, "Id like to pay for these" I said, "ok, im sorry, youll have to go to a checkout" and she flipped!

the amaount of people that start shouting because they didnt bring back a receipt with their product they want to return, FUCKING HELL, ITS POLICY, ITS NOT MY FAULT!!!

I worked on a customer service desk at B&Q for a year....I quite enjoyed the job
But somtimes it was exactly like what you said...people flip at you for things you have no control over.

I still work in retail but it's alot different. More relaxed. But you still get the odd pissed off customer....but fuck them....they have their stress and it has no impact on my life whatsoever. I still leave at the end of the day happy.
