Help- is No-Damp really unavailable in US?

That's what I've been trying to figure out. I ended up ordering from a Canadian grow supplier.

I'm guessing it doesn't know the difference between good and bad bacteria?...... Will it mess up the "good stuff" in my soil? .

Yes, it is a broad-spectrum fungicide/bactericide/anti-viral agent.
It WILL kill your beneficials.
If you use it for the seedling stage, I'd stop as soon as they have a couple sets of adult leaves and are ready to be put into the next pot.
That's why I'm only going to be using it for cloning- I use beneficials too.
