What I meant is in reference of skinheads, and neo-nazis that have a unique swastika cross, sometimes emblazoned in the colors of the American flag. but in jail they call flying a flag when you hold a sheet out the bars so a C.O.
can see you ....usually this is done to KIDS under the age of 21 because they have the most impresionable minds and are easier to break under
questioning...or if a inmate was in a opposing gang ....THEY WOULD FLY THE FLAG...so the camera would see and get there ass out of the block!
