Do you think it would be ok if the plant was on 24/12 light cycle. I knwo it isnt normal but would it be ok for veg.?

I have a white widdow, at the momen tits still underneath the soil so no light yet. But when it pops up i dont know wether to grow it in a green house or put it under a 60w light!? can anyone tell me what yield i can expect to get from a 65w light, and what i can expect from outdoor growing?
