these are really trippy movies guys and if you're a stoner you should really check them out.

the 2nd one just came out on dvd and i bought that and watched it like 20 min. ago. you wouldn't think it'd be as good as the 1st one but it's just as good.

i just love watching the trippy parts where the guy makes the whole environment like tremble and glitch, and they go back in time. especially while blazed!

the whole "butterfly effect" concept is also really trippy in it's own concept.

yeah, they made a 2nd, I saw the spot on the new release for it at Block Buster, but I havent actually seen it for rent just yet.

Yes there is a second.Unfortunately it doesn't bring back the previous star (ashton kutcher) to reprise his role.Instead they have a new character cursed with this strange time-bending power.
As far as continuity and logic go,this is a SHITTY plot development, like being able to bend time is a disease that you can catch from someone else?Makes it that much harder for the viewer to suspend their disbelief in order to fully enjoy the spectacle.

That and the movie isn't actually that good. #2 is pretty horrible, #1 is quite the awesomeness, however.

I'm actually a big fan of the first one, and didn't realize they made a second one until I saw this thread. I'm definitely going to have to at least rent the second one and give it a chance. I see there are some mixed opinions about how good it is.
