Thank goodness it's cannabis...
I've had a horrible migrane today, and it just went away with two hits of some tangy Sour Diesel, despite taking ibuprofen all day :P
Usually works really well if I have an overwhelming painful day; I have chronic pain, and Rx drugs don't do much for me. But weed does.

If I had some weed on hand, I'd use it medically for lower back pain, which has been troubling me greatly all weekend. It's been miserable.
Since there's no weed to be had, I've used ibuprofen. And I found some pain pills in the cabinet from a previous sprain that I may try, too, but not till it's nearly bedtime.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

Neck & ears.
I strain my neck often, and my ears... well, that beautiful music isn't going to fill my head by itself....
And birdgirl, I haven't expirienced that pain personally, but my father goes through it daily. It's difficult to hear him wake up three times a night moaning in pain. But it's better than 8. The difference being the Memory foam I made him buy. You should try it.

Thanks, Inferius. So sorry to hear your dad faces this daily. How awful.
I'm pretty sure this is just temporary from either pulled muscles on an ab machine at the gym or from having been slung over my son's shoulder on Thursday night. He was being silly and forgetting his old mom isn't as tough as she once was. It seems to have slowly begun to feel better as today has worn on, thankfully. We already have one of those memory foam beds, the darn thing. Nearly had to mortgage our right arms to buy the thing. Thanks for the concern, hun.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
