CLOSET LIGHT HELP

ok...so I cant find this info. anywhere...during the four stages of growth, it was recommended to me that I should use different lighting for each stage...I was wondering what type of lights I should use, im only growing one plant...or is there a light I can use for the whole process...im trying to find one that doesnt give off alot of heat...thanks...

CFLs would be your best bet then, they give off very little heat and if any just use a fan and aim it towards the bottom of the bulbs and top of plant and it should suit you well.

What are the four stages? I can think of three: seedling, veg, & flower...germination doesn't need light...what's the other?
