    Hey this is for the people that smoke or quit smoking tobacco, did you prefer using the patch or gum.

    i have one last smoke and im gonna make it the last one ever.

    cause tommarow im gonna go pick one of the 2 up.

    good luck hopefully you wont go one week then go buy a pack and smoke them all at once lol that happend to my friend a couple of weeks ago. By the way i would say go for the gum that seems like a better idea to me.

    you should smoke more bud to wing you yourself off cigarettes. not to say you shouldnt get the gum or patch. probably need that too. good luck man.

    id try to smoke more bud but its dry around here, thats a good idea though.

    cause when im high i dont really crave a smoke.

    Gum is probably better because cigarettes have a lot to do with oral fixations.

    the advice i can offer is. dont drink alcohol as much while your goin through those fun withdrawls.. and separate yourself from those who are smoking cigs around you.

    I'm trying to quit too, but I'm doing it cold turkey. I went two days but I was to big of an asshole to my girlfriend so I ended up smoking again. This shit is hard, good luck man. After this pack I'm not buying another one and hopefully I will chill out a little on the next attempt.
