man i just gave up recently I did it with no gum or patches i read a book it changed the way i think abt smoking and it has worked for a few of my friends too. If u really want to Quit dude try.ALLEN CARRS easy way to stop smoking. its puplished all over the world;. man it really works ,i tried patches and gum and still ended up smoking ,when i read this book i stopped imeadiatly with no withdrawals i just stopped . good luck man i hope u can beat the ciggs i thought id never stop until i read this book it saved me.

i think a shotgun to the temple is the only way im quitting smoking, i made it like two and a half months one time.....fuck! cigarettes are evil. i hear that the three month mark is the hardest...
