Honestly sex without a condom feels way better
but carring a child for 9 months seems a bit painful

so thats why I require protection

but I'm def gonna look into that nuvaring thingy I've heard of it and never looked into it

are there any side effects because the pill made me moody and I didn't want sex anymore (kinda pointless after that)

It really depends on the specific types of pseudo-estrogen and progetin and the levels of them, when it comes to making you moody. the pill made me really moody too but so far the ring has been much better (i have been on it for 6mnts now). There aren't any other side effects tho- they're all similar to the pill. Oh, and my doctor told me that the ring is supposed to raise up your sex drive a bit too- something about the way the hormones are taken (oral vs skin).
