if you don't want to make the soup use a package... hot is key as you need to sweat out toxins in your body...

I usually get better in 2 to 3 days with my method... Most important is to rest while sick,if you exhaust yourself your immune system will also be exhausted...

Thanks for the advice. I really need to go to the store, unfortunatly that means walking 6 blocks in the pouring rain. I really need to just get it over with. I had soup yesterday...soup sounds really good right now. Only without CHICKEN ..cause I am a crazy vegetarian.
I have been double dosing on the emergen-C packets, if you know what those are. Haven't been taking the best care of myself...been on a weird sleeping schedule, drink too much beer, stay out too late, walk in the cold too much, been really stressed out, been not eating enough or eating good stuff. I am a mess....it's easy to let this happen I guess.
