Sick and Smokin'
follow this
1... homemade chicken soup,eat it as hot as you can stand it...
2... tea,lemon,honey,brandy,,, drink it as hot as you can stand it...
3... gargle with Listerine like 10 times a day...
4... good ol OJ,keep your C up naturally
if you don't want to make the soup use a package... hot is key as you need to sweat out toxins in your body...
I usually get better in 2 to 3 days with my method... Most important is to rest while sick,if you exhaust yourself your immune system will also be exhausted...
I hope you feel better soon,I just went through it...
