just do what feels right don't worry about numbers and weight. When your body is done smoking you will know it. And don't just push it because you have the weed to do so, moderation is key!

Tolerance is a funny thing. If you smoke heavily (3-4 joints / day) or several bong rips throughout the day then you will have a tolerance that will require better weed every time. If you smoke lightly then your tolerance will take years to build up but its not necessarily a good thing to have high tolerance cause then all your friends think you are a weed addict when really it just takes more to get you where you need to be!
