I enjoy opera just as much as I enjoy classical music. I have tastes in all genres and to constrain yourself to one type is just idiotic.

I love classical. It's what I listen to most of the time, these days. Mozart. Back. Handel. Vivaldi. The gentle, cyclical rhythms of chamber music and baroque classical seem to be particularly beneficial for my brain, especially when I'm trying to study or be creative, and they do good things for my spirit and sense of peace, too. Also, the music itself is much more complex and intricate than the overly simple rhythms of most rap, hip-hop or kiddie pop.
I listen to plenty of rock and popular music, too, and for working out at the gym or dancing, there's nothing better. But for peace and brain stimulation, classical is the music I choose.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
