Can some body take a ponder at the sex of this plant. Never have been good at it. How long does the plant have to be in flowering before an accurate sex can be established?

it kinda looks like a female to me but id say get a better pic its hard to tell by that one, and cant it sometimes be determined before flowering? Not sure.

it's definatly 100% a female,those white hair's that you see are called pistal's and the pod there coming out of are called calyx's.
