There's only one way to get money and that is to work for it. Trust me bro, if there were some top secret mission out there on how to make a quick, easy buck, the entire world would be on top of it!

Working sucks, I know, but really, it gives you something to do, and gives me the feeling of independance, followed by a huge sack of cheeba that you worked hard for, and there is no better feeling.

I know for a young lad like yourself, if you're in school, an after school job for 4hrs just doesn't seem that motivating. I suggest doing yard work around the neighborhood like raking leaves, cutting grass, cleaning out gutters, etc...winter is coming so soon you can shovel driveways.

Get a paper route job. I had one when I was 15 or 16 and it brought me in some extra cash every month.

If you don't go to school though then it is time to start life and get FT work. It's either school or work, you don't do either, than you are what we call, BUMS, and who wants that.
