vinegar for bringing down the Ph
You can use standard food grade white vinegar, about 6 fluid ounces, per 4 gallons of tap water, to lower pH. But this is just for temporary fix. It won't last long unless you keep applying it.
There are many alternatives for lowering Ph like garden sulphur and iron sulphate.
