Mold and Roots question

[Baffled and confused]

This thing has been vegin since Sept. 2nd under 1000 w light
Fill and drain system
Using Rockwool
3.3 gal res.
Technaflora Nutes
Lights on 24 hrs.
Feeding cycle 5 times 3 mins. each time

The plant over all looks pretty good. My current concerns are:
The mold and slim on top of the rockwool.
My roots dont look right.

I'll post a few more pic's mabe that will help you. Any questions about my setup will be answered. Thanks
