First off, that is a blurry picture, so how can we tell if it is quality or not?

Second, it is impossible to tell a strain of cannabis as there are hundreds of thousands of different kinds. Even if you have the clearest most high-def. shot in the world, impossible to tell.

Cannabis comes in bud form, that, is all ground up. It even looks a little red like they tossed some tobacco in the mix.

You never buy ground up pot as they can add anything like ground leaves from the ground and grind them up, and call it weed.

I'm sure you're a new smoker, so I'll be nice. But I'm letting you know, that is not worth $20 and it is shake. Cannabis, again, comes in bud form and you should never buy ground up green leaves as they could be anything but cannabis.

Look around the Pictures forum here and take a look at what cannabis should look like and what you should expect.

Prices vary from city to city worldwide, by great numbers sometimes, so as for prices, I can't help you there.
