Sorry man, but like everyone else said, it appears you got ripped off. Even the cheapest weed should be attached to a stem in bud form. Don't give your money to that douch ever again. If you are in school or work, find folks there you can trust. I don't like to buy from people I just meet, it is a real good way to get screwed. Especially if the transaction is being done in public because you really don't have time to get a good look at what your buying. Good luck next time, but I would either go back and ask WTF? Or just cut your losses and study up for next time as others have suggested.
