Don't worry man, 70-80 degrees is fine. We have like 4 or 6 42watt cfls in our room and temps stay around 70-76. Check out the room http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=77498 you can see our ghetto intake fan. We just unplugged one of those ducts from a ceiling vent in the attic, attached another piece of ducting and ran it down to the floor then put an 8 dollar fan from wal-mart on the end and taped it in place. The fan actually works beautifully, pulls in cold air and keeps the temp perfect. Just check out the girls lovin it in the link in my sig. Also, oscilating fan that blows across the lights and the plants lets you get the lights down to about an inch or 2 away from the plants which is way better for them. Double the distance you get 1/4 the lumens. Cfls work best very close to the plant and won't burn the leaves unless they actually touch them. Move them down closer now and watch them plants swell up.
