Each additional light will increase the temp a few degrees, you'll just need to install a more powerful exhaust fan.
phytokind Reviewed by phytokind on . Keeping heat down with CFL's I have a few tomatoe plants inside under CFLs... I'm having heat problems and am wondering how to keep them down.. Currently I have 4 26W CFLs (equivalent to 100W) running and the temps run around 78-80 degrees.. the plants are around 8 inches away from the light,, I've been reading that people use 8 -10 of these lights, just wondering how hot it gets... I have 1 fan running at the moment.... Rating: 5
