What about replacing death with some kind of horrible pot rehab prison island? Like whenever the cops kill someone, change it with capturing them, and have a quick scene of them sitting glumly in a straight jacket, while men in giant marijuana leaf costumes beat him with wiffle ball bats.
I dunno, the death just seems too serious for a comedy flick, the kinda thing that would kill your high...

Yeah, I agree about the killing thing. I tried to find a way to illustrate the unjust oppression that pot-smokers face in society, but I agree that I took it a bit too far. Your idea is hilarious and yet gets the point across: perfect.
