I don't get the bold parts there that are contradicting. Can you clarify that?

I have read about a bunch of places and ordered from a few this month. I haven't received anything from Sensi Seeds or BC Bud Depot (that was a mistake!) yet but it hasn't been that long either. Anyway I just ordered some seeds from seedboutique because I heard great things about them, except for this thread. I'm paying with a MO.

I guess they all can be a gamble but I have faith ... not so much for BCBD though.
