Which ever way you smoke, dont hole the hits in for more than a natural breath. Some people say the longer its held in the higher you get. This is uneducated bullshit.

THC is abosrbed instantly. There for a natural breath [about 3 seconds] is more than enough to get all the THC into your blood.

Holding a hit in only coats your lungs in tar.

The reason some people may "feel" higher is simply because they are holding their breath [oxygen deprevation]

This isnt good, as it fucks your brain over.

DONT HOLD HITS. There is no point what-so-ever unless you want to die quicker.



How is this possible? He hasnt smoked before, he cant have a high tolerance yet. His will be low... very low. Just keep smoking.

i figure naturally some people can take things more then others...that is why some people get messed up there first time and others there first second third or maybe even fourth time...ive seen this happen many times so i figured some people might have just high tolerance naturally to it
