Well, I've been having a good one all day long, probably thanks in part to the constant, unrelenting encouragement from P4B. I've felt a little tired and a slight bit superstitious or paranoid about one little matter, but overall today really has been a good one. Our son's home for the weekend, and we've been hanging out. Probably doesn't sound exciting in comparison to a party, but for me, it is a party. I love my kid.

Heheheh, yea I feel ya I used to be pretty insomniac. I sleep like a bear these days though, just had a crazy night hehehehe. Let me guess though...those racing thoughts, eh? physical activities 1-2 hours before bed, and some meditation will rid ya completely of that. from personal experience, eh.
