What do you say to a new dealer?

My friend just gave me the phone number of this one dealer he says to be "big time", but he also got it from his other friend and we both haven't purchased from him yet. I haven't bought my own ganj before, is there some sort of phrase or something to say?

if anything just make it quick and dont be sheisty. i think its fair to let him show you the bud before you buy it, though.

of course you might get ripped off, but oh well, if you prove to be a good customer he might not in the future.

When you phone him up, tell him your name and who you got the number from. Just introduce yourself pretty much. Say your good buddies with so and so and tell him you are looking for a hookup, or for some "dangerous goods" Just don't come flat out on the phone saying you want cannabis or drugs. Keep it on the down low.

If he is more than happy to help you out, ask him if you can stop by or meet him somewhere for a bag. LOOK CAREFULLY inside the bag before you make the final purchase, or, at least ask him to hold a bud or two in his hand so you can see what you're buying.

Or you could just takethat risk and just buy some. Start with a low amount first like an 1/8 or a 1/4.

Dealers that give out their number are usually something I'd stay away from unless you really have no other way of getting bud.. He cares about: 1) Money and 2) That you arent a cop, so as long as you understand that you should be straight. Also dont make it sound like you have no experience, or hes gonna take advantage of you and rip you off.

the best dealers you can ever find dont even have telephones, they just sit all day and read The Dharma

just call him up and say "hey man think you could sell me a bag at the westview mall (or wherever you are)", dealers get new costumers all the time and if he's big he wont really care if he knows you or not...at least thats bein my experience and Ive met quite alot of new dealers

First meetings warrant introductions. Tell him your name, how you got his number (anyone, especially a dealer, will be thinking that from the word 'go), and tell him you'd like to meet somewhere. For YOUR own safety at this point, don't go into details on the phone, if he IS bigtime, his line could be tapped.
