Question about frostI've read on these threads that a frost won't hurt the plant but what about say....several nights in a row of hard frosts? Should we go ahead and harvest now? It got down to 20 degrees F last night and more of the same is coming.
Would appreciated any knowledge on this subject! Thanks, Weedhopper weedhopper Reviewed by weedhopper on . Question about frost20 deg. and more of the same ? Either cover your plants with plastic or something similar or if that is impossible, pull them immediately. 20 deg. several nights in a row will ruin all your hard work.

Question about frostweedhopper- I decided to cover my plants- it did frost heavy here last night and called for tonite- but will be near 70 degrees this week - I took some tent poles positioned them around my girls and put a sheet over them, i took a stapler and pulled the sheet tight so as not to touch buds- this morning sheet was frozen stiff but my buds were snug and warm under the sheet - will do the same tonite - i hope all is well with your plants

Question about frostHey Clovisman! I'm glad your girls survived the frost! Ours did also, we pretty much did the same thing you did. We went ahead and harvested our Indica as it was in like the eighth week of flowering but we really didn't want to harvest the Sativas as we do not feel they are quite ready yet! Our Sativas are holding up great so far. Weedhopper:thumbsup:
