It's been said, but you were not persecuted for your actions, or, a wrongful firing. You were on company land still. Their land, their rules. Companies frown upon any substance abuse from their employees. You can do it in your own home, but right outside of your place of employment where your boss is trying to keep things running in a professional manner, come on, you have to be smarter than that.

Not everyone has the same viewpoint on cannabis. Some people it is a deadly sin, but to some others, it's no big deal, and just because you find it no big deal, doesn't mean the people around you accept it.

Next time, do it far far away from your job, like at home, or on your walk home.
