QF 4.0...FAILS!

Had a pre employment DT yesterday. I've never used this stuff before but my brother recommended it and claimed it worked for him both times (must have been a diff lab). Anyways took it in and turned in the sample of Quick Fix at a recorded 96 degrees. Took the guy about 15 seconds after taking it from me to tell me it was fake piss. Lab is ADC (or American Diagnostics) in Portland, OR. Just a word of warning for anyone in the area!

Well I was feeling pretty bummed all yesterday but somehow a miracle occured this morning and I landed an even better job that pays more and doesn't test!

Labs have to be very specific in reporting suspected adulterated samples. They do not merely look at a sample and say "its fake". Integrity checks must be run on the sample, both initial and confirmation checks. And this process takes longer than 15 seconds. A LOT longer.

Know your rights and learn the regulations mandated by the US Dept of Health & Human Services. The regs outline protocols in which all practicing labs must follow. Collection, processing, analysis, and reporting of results are all under the watchful eye of the DHHS.

Never admit to anything and NEVER accept any vague info of your test results. You should ask "How did you arrive at the conclusion that my sample is fake, etc. ?" , and let him/her answer. The lab tech or MRO must be completely truthfull and detailed in discussion or else they can be held liable for medical malpractice.

medical malpractice....most piss testers are poor ass people who make shit for money...my sister used to do it...the lab can be held acountable...but i agrea...never tell the truth when your asked to do something immoral..like a piss test...i just want to keep this open...i had to go back and resample they said my sample was tampered with...i am not blaming qf4.0 for shit....they are a great company..i kept the bottles with the heat strips..and had someone piss in them... good fucking idea.......my straw theroy worked great blow bubbles in the piss to make it look real...and fresh....but they need to update QUICK OR I AM DONE WITH THEM. i want to support our site. but come on i am out 39.99x 2...they wont refund me it says NOT FOR IiLEGAL PURPOSES... duh...well at least i have some good bottles....there is no great way to pass a piss test..you just get lucky..and you need to use your head...so fuck it---the pontiff of pot has spoken............................................ .................................................. ....................................keep this thread open not trying to flame sundance..i bought a grinder and some pills from legal herbs...i spent money on the qf 4.0//////// i spent a good 100 bucks in my little bit of time here...but really sundance...watch your advertisers......please....we trust you R

Exactly right, the tester cannot just look at a sample and say it is fake. If it comes out at the wrong temp there is even a certain protocol to follow. It is like they have to take another sample giving you so much water per 30 minutes or something like that. If he thinks it is fake it still must be sent to a lab for confirmation. It looks like he bluffed you big time and you folded.
