I've been reading a book recently about 'Karmic Healing and Chakra Healing'.
It has been heavy going, as the author talks about karmic baggage and realigning one's chakras - of which there are about 40 or so!
But, I found it to be a bit of a struggle to comprehend...
It is just a word.
