Vaporizer?
Hi all my name is charlie. I`m 61 years old (old Dude!) I `ve smoking for many years now. Started in Vietnam . My lungs are getting sort of old now. I hear & read about vaporizers . I bought a cheapie, just to see if it worked. It gave me a strange buzz, not good. I figure you get what you pay for. I sure would like some feedback & advice as to which one to buy ,are they any good, are they bad for your lungs, how in real life do you get one to work like it`s supposed to? Some feeback would really help. Thanks, Charlie.

Vaporizer?
The cheap vaporizers are really shitty. I first bought one of the $50 BC Vaps and ended up throwing it away. I figured I'd try again so I spent $100 on a Aromazap. That worked pretty well but was kinda harsh by it's design. I sold that one and bought a Vapor Brothers for $150 which works great.
The key is to get a convection type of vaporizer. With this type, hot air is pulled through the bud for really efficient vaporizing. The other type, the cheap conduction vaps, uses some kind of hot plate or bowl that holds the bud. Problem is, only the bud in contact with the heating element gets vaped. These just don't work well for obvious reasons.
The volcano is supposed to be the best around but it costs about $500. There are a bunch in the $150 range, such as Vapor Brothers, Vapor Warez, and others that work really well too.
The high from a vap is noticabley different from smoking. Some people just don't like it that much. It is a much clearer, mental high than what you get from smoking. You tend not to get that heavy, body stoned feeling and a lot less of the "duh" factor. This is great if you want to get high but have something to do and don't want to end up on the couch. I often use consume to relieve back pain from muscle spasms, however, and must admit that I find smoking much more beneficial than vaping. For regular use I do find the vap much easier on the lungs.
Hope this helps.

Vaporizer?
i'm also thinking about getting a vape in the next couple months, but i'm not so sure i want to spend $500 on a volcano, but i don't want some cheap piece of shit. my friend has a volcano i like the head high you get from it. anyone have any links or anything to sites that sell quality vaporizors for under $200?
The above post is fictional and should in no way be taken as truth.
If I were to grow cannabis, I would only do so to supply myself and my close friends. Doing this would take myself and my friends out of harms way by knowing the source of our cannabis, as well as take hundreds of thousands of dollars off the black market annually. It would also lower the demand of black market cannabis, and would ultimately help keep cannabis out of the hands of minors.

I have a volcano and I can vouch for it being the best $400 I ever spent.
Cannot highly recommend it enough...4 people I know bought one after using mine.

If you are really trying to protect your lungs and will be keeping this for a while, i suggest really investing into one. For a good solid vaporizer its would belike 150+

Vaporizer?
All i know is (I have never tried a vaporizer) they are expensive the cheapest one i have seen is £50 and they can go up to anything as much as £400 or probably a lot more than that.
What they do is basically take all the goodness (THC) from your weed and turns it all into vapaour so its a lot lighter on your throat and "Apparently" its a much nicer high

I know some of you probably get tired of m e repeating myself, but chek out the forums at vaporinfo.com for some quality information on all kinds of vapes. definitley don't spend less than 150, as it seems all the vapes in this range are pieces of crap. digital temp control is nice, and a feature I personally have stuck to... gives you great control as to what you're getting (thc, cbn, cbd, etc.). i've stayed in the range of $200 - $350. beware of plastic vapes with fans, as these break easily with heavy use. if you want a bag system... it seems the volcano would be the best choice, despite the price. something i've learned is it pays to buy the higher quality one once than to buy a crappy one and have it break down on you, thus turning your cash into trash.
