Well, I don't think anyone else is gonna be trying Saddam's Ambiguity Game anymore. He wanted to keep people wondering whether he did or didn't have WMDs, especially the country he considered his worst enemy, Iran. He didn't think the U.S. would invade, didn't consider the U.S. his biggest enemy. The irony: the country he DID consider his worst enemy is also a country WE consider one of OUR worst enemies. The enemy of my enemy is...hmm, guess he's an enemy too.
