DAMN! Quick Desperate Question: Green Pistils?

    .

So my foremost female, a strapping young looker, 3 weeks ahead of the other ones, sprouted obvious bollocks today, on the branch that I've been 12/12 flowering with black paper

However, on the other other branches, which haven't reached the same maturity yet, since they haven't been subjected to flowering, there are much smaller and less developed protrusions.

My camera is crap, so I can't take any photos, so I'll try to explain.
Some of these less developed ones have what looks like a single or possibly double pistil extending from the middle of them, perhaps 3 millimeters long.
The pistils I've ever seen were white, but these are green. They could be leaves, but they do look more like pistils.

Is it possible for pistils to be green and do I have a hermi in that case?

A hermi would be better than nothing while I'm waiting for the others...

I'm in a bit of a hurry, because I don't dare put her back with the others for the time being...

    Thanks!

i dont get why people get all upset over a hermie i myself would have liked for one, it produces female seeds cant beat that pick the seeds out and replant them and you have a almost 100% chance it will be female

invision, if you have a hermi and it makes seeds, your seeds also will be hermi prone. That means you will hardly ever get a seedless crop. Using hermi's is not the way to do it. THere is a reason people don't want hermi's.

DAMN! Quick Desperate Question: Green Pistils?

I would LOVE to get a hermie, and produce my own seeds, I'm tired of spending $$$ on seeds, myself ... and, while the 'hermie-trait' will carry over to the next generation, it will also produce mostly female seeds, as the story goes ... :smokin:

dont really think what you are seeing is a sign of a hermie if it looks like a pistol, if it develops a ball or banana shaped on the end of it then you would have a hermie.
if you want seed use a male plant dont use a hermie unless you just want lots of seed in your bud and any future grows that you may use the seed for will likely result in the same even in a stress free environment.
if you want feminized seed would suggest you do your research first before attempting it but all methods require a known female plant or clone for starters wich means a plant that will not ever produce any male flowers under normal growing conditions.

DAMN! Quick Desperate Question: Green Pistils?

    .

I brought a friend over, whos a semi-pro farmer, and he took a look and said, sorry mate, it's male.
I think I knew that already, I was just hoping...

    http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=86207

So he took me home and showed me his room, a fake 5 yard bookshelf along one wall in his living room ending with vent into a disused chimney. I was suitably impressed. He also gave me 3 Top 44 clones which impressed me even more, so I finally have my all female star team, from which to perpetually clone, which was my goal.
They're doing fine, bottom leaves on one are browning a little, but thats to be expected, top growth looking fine.

Incidentally, he said that my male was a fine specimen, and rather than throw it away, I could smoke it.
He told me its no genuine weed, but it'll work a bit.
I've never smoked a male, and I've heard so many arguments about it, that I've got him stuffed upside down in a paper bag, drying.

In about a week's time, I'll settle the disputes about smoking males once and for all on this board imp:
