well i think the most i would take, would be a nice sized bud
only if i was out of weed tho
i wouldent take the whole plant cause well thats just not right and as for the bloke whos growing it he would be proper pissed looking to beat someone real bad
he wont miss a bud ,even if he notices it missing i think he will just be thankfull that the whole plant dident get taken

The patch is about as big as a car or so all around and the way he describes it to have purple looking hairs and crystals all over it he says?
