Like i said scumbag dousch lick i hope the cops give it to you uup the ass.

Naw I think it's good to have around as a reminder of how far growers will crawl up yer ass if you ask us how to dry stolen buds.

P4B, I finally figured out what you were talking about in the PM....Geez this is an OLD thread and it took me a min! Good call IMO.

If it's on public property, or unfenced common property, or sompelace where a casual passerby can find it, it ain't stealing, it's the grower being stupid.

    Other side of the equation:

If it's behind a fence in someone's private field, yer buddy's asking for trouble.

That's ridiculous Volker - most outdoor growers grow on public or government land to avoid legal complications - we grew on Vincent Price's property near Santa Cruz for the same reasons.

If it's being cultivated, it's not to be messed with, period. Wild, ditch weed is an entirely different issue obviously.

Soory. If I'm walking in the woods, and I find ripe buds, and no one's shot me yet, I'm snipping. No two ways about it. At least one of my pockets would be stuffed with bud. And I'd prolly come back for more.

It hasn't happened yet. And it ain't likely to happen. I'm sure most growers who are serious about their crop grow in places where a person like me is not likely to pass. And I think the guy in the thread start - who hopped someones fence and found a patch in their field - is in the wrong.

And I know you outdoor growers hate people who, like me, have no problem with sampling your crop on national forest property. For all intents & purposes, in your eyes I'm a thief. In my eyes I picked flowers in the woods, and feel just as guilty about it as I would had they been Arrowleaf Balsamroot or Lupine. (And the legal penalties for removing plants from national forest property are much worse than the penalties for mere cannabis possesion!)

Now I always grow on stranger's or public property. But I've had it stolen from my own yard before also. I think there is no justification for taking it in either case, it's stealing and that is wrong. Dirtbags steal, that's all there is too it.
