smokin on a clean system/drug test

What up ya'll. I had been an avid weed smoker for four years and just recently quit to clean up my system to get a job. Im not sure when this drug test is gonna be so i was wondering if i smoke a few bowls some night how long it will be in my system. like 2-3 days, less? how bout with excersise and lots of water? thanks ya'll

Unfortunatly I dont think 2 or 3 days will do it Unless you use another method (some sort of detox kit, Synthetic Urine etc..)

Extra Water should help, as it will dilute the overall contents of the urine, i.e. theres the same amount of thc metabolites but theres more water, so its "concentration" of THC is lower because of this, But i hear if u piss clear u fail, So you need Vit B-complexs to Replenish the yellow colour.

just to make sure i was clear on this, my system is totally clean right now.

It's not worth the risk...just hold out till that test. It will make that first bowl after you pass it with flying colors all the more beautiful.
