mmmmmm grilling. With grilling it's either using a rub, or a marinade. Here's my fav marinade for steak, sorry no measurements. Olive oil, Worcestershire Sauce, red wine vineger, crushed garlic cloves, some soy sauce, sliced onion, and cracked black peper. Marinade overnight or longer and cook on the grill.
As for rubs, i ususally mix up the regular stuff (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, brown suger and so on.

I also really really like the Emeril rubs. Try out the chicken rub, it's freakin awesome. I also really like his fish rub on mild fish like tilapia.
