From what I know he's in some deep, deep shit. I mean supposedly, from little info online, it seems the RoK gov't can ask for urine samples whenever and they rule pretty hard on Americans in general. I mean it's possible he could be in jail there for years, from what I see from the South Korean government web site.

Somehow the Korean government found out and he is now in prison. His family hasnt been able to talk to him we have no idea what is going to happen to him.
